Freedom Marine Inverter/Chargers are the ideal complement for your boat's marine electrical system , appliances and equipment . Reliable and value priced Freedom marine units are the popular choice amongst boaters worldwide . The Inverter/charger provides silent , modified sine wave AC power on board so you can experience the comfort of home when you are away from shore power . To protect the inverter/charger from the harsh marine enviroment , Freedom Marine 25 comes with an aluminum chassis and conformal coated circuit boards . It integrates a high performance battery charger with duel echo charge auxiliary output to charge additional battery banks . The Freedom Inverter/Charger units are designed for fully automatic" hands-off " operation . They are the most technologically advanced line of inverter/chargers anywhere . Freedom inverters perform more tasks than anything else on the market and do so efficiently , silently , reliably and automatically . They're highly efficient , produce exceptionally clean AC power have built-in sophisticated high -output battery chargers and automatic power source transfer switching . In addition , the Freedom units offer some unique important new capabilities such as "Power Sharing" . The problem used to be when you plug back into outside AC power , your high output battery charger would use much of the available power- often resulting in the outside AC breaker tripping if you try to use an AC appliance . However , the Freedom units will prevent this by reducing the current to the built-in charger when it senses the use of AC appliances . They call it "Power Sharing" . The battery charger resumes full output only when adequate AC power is again available . For additional functionality , Freedom Marine 25 inverter/charger can be combined with Xantrex's optional (Link Instrumentation) . Link battery monitor and advanced remote control panels provide complete battery-state-of-charge information including DC voltage , current , amp-hours consumed , historical data and more for single or duel battery packs .
